Friend students or parents?

1st amendment: a PS teacher is protected only if speaking as a private citizen. Your Off-duty online activity may lead to discharge. Your speech about your first duty is not protected. You must be tenured.

Political: no I love MCEA, Obama, union sticker or buttons. Do not advocate.
